This vibrant painting captures the moment Dorothy first encounters the Scarecrow on her journey through Oz. The iconic yellow brick road stretches before her, leading to the distant Emerald City, while a rainbow arches overhead, symbolizing hope and adventure and of course the song Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
In a clever twist, the Scarecrow is peeking out from the corn field in the foreground, adding an element of whimsy and anticipation to this reimagining of the classic tale.

I get this question a lot. Most of the time, a Fine Art Print started as an Original Painting. In order to share that artwork with more people, I get the piece scanned by a kickass scanner in NE Minneapolis in order to give more people the opportunity to enjoy the art as a Fine Art Print.
