Order Shipping Times
All Screen Print orders and most Merchandise typically ships within 3 business days from receipt of the order.
Art Packages are shipped from the Studio and from the Merchandise Warehouse Mon - Friday.
This excludes Merchandise and Art items made-to-order, print on demand. Please allow 2 weeks for these Art items, T-shirts or Pint Glasses to be fulfilled. These items are printed on demand at partner vendors and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. (Exceptions of course to printing defects or incorrect item received :)

If your order includes multiple items, you may receive separate notifications for shipping and multiple packages.

Domestic orders
All domestic orders are sent via USPS and are subject to USPS shipping times. Midwest regional orders may be shipped via UPS, Fed Ex and SpeeDee Delivery.

International orders
International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International mail and generally arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on distance and customs requirement.

Order packaging
Small Screen Print orders are shipped flat in a rigid cardboard envelope. Large Screen Print orders are rolled in a plastic slip cover and shipped in a sturdy 4″ diameter cardboard tube. This packaging method protects the prints and keeps them in beautiful condition for your enjoyment.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is damaged or fails to arrive, send us an email to and include the following information:
  • Subject Line – Add ‘Damaged / Lost Shipment’ to the subject line, followed by your order number.

    For example: Damaged / Lost Shipment -- 0123456-78

  • Details – Tell us in what condition your shipment arrived, or if your print did not arrive.
  • Pictures – Please include pictures of the shipment packaging and contents.
Upon reception, we will respond with next steps. We will always do what we can to rectify the situation.


We stand behind everything we make and sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase.
Adam Turman, LLC policies doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a defect in its materials or workmanship, such as a tear, hole, or water damage, you can return it at any time.
Some of our items are Made-to-Order. Because of the customized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. (Exceptions of course to printing defects or incorrect item received :)

Returning Or Exchanging Items
Only items purchased via may be returned/exchanged. If you'd like to return your item(s), please contact and write us a short message about what was wrong with your purchase. Please tell us if you want your purchase refunded or exchanged.

Please send a picture of your shipment along with your email, as this will help speed the process along. We can then determine what the issue of the potential return item(s) is/are.
You must have a proof of purchase, (email receipt) for all returns and exchanges.
Since quantities are limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. Please contact us at before ordering a new item.
Craft Fair/Art Fair/Art Show/"Garage Sale" Refund Policy
We will handle refunds and exchanges for craft fair, art fair, art show, and our "Garage Sale" on a case-by-case basis. Normally all sales are final; however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or we packed the incorrect item(s), we will do what we can to correct the situation. Please contact us at about your possible refund/exchange.

Adam Turman LLC believes your browsing history and visitor data is your business. We do not share any of your information with third-parties. Only two people ever have access to your information. You can count on us to never give away any of your personal information.

Your Email Address
When you order something from us, hope that you enjoy Adam's work. When you are subscribed, we will send you emails when there is an upcoming event, new artwork released or if we want to share a recent project. 

Cookies are required to order something. Besides that, we do not use them to track you. You are very welcome to delete the cookies the shopping cart uses after you've completed your purchase.
