Day 5 - Smack - Inktober 2026
What is Inktober? Read about it here.
This piece is inspired by the Minnesota Frost. The word "smack" made me think of smacking a hockey puck in a slapshot motion. The background is an abstract interpretation of the Frost logo with a lot of slashmarks, movement, and zig zag marks that mimic the marks hockey skates make on the ice and the motion.
Acrylic painting on cradled wood panel.
20"x16"x1-1/2"
