Day 2 of Inktober 2023 - Spiders

A few years back I used to have a resident Cat-Faced Orb Weaver spider that hung out in some branches by the deck on the side of my house. This spider built its web in in such a way that the moon, on certain nights, would come out from behind the clouds and light up the spider and its web producing an amazing sight. 

This painting pays homage to that Cat-Faced Orb Weaver in all its beauty.
